JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Rake, a leading authority in men’s luxury lifestyle, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Junior Digital Editor. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our online channels and work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of menswear, and a passion for sartorial styling, tailoring, travel, and luxury lifestyle, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategy plans to drive engagement and growth across all social media channels
  • Schedule and publish compelling social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives
  • Track and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimise content
  • Create brand-specific content for social media channels, including imagery, videos, and captions
  • Engage and interact with our community, fostering positive relationships and responding to inquiries and comments
  • Manage social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager and Head of Digital to align social media efforts with overall content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
  • Skills in video pre and post-production are highly advised
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics is beneficial
  • A passion for menswear, tailoring, and luxury lifestyle is preferable
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems and social media scheduling tools

Location: London (hybrid working)
